About Maket

A control panel you own, built for your own Twilio account

Maket is a self-hosted SMS and voice calling platform - the software, not a subscription to a hosted service.

What Maket is

Maket is a self-hosted software platform, built on Laravel, that gives a business a complete SMS and voice calling control panel: a dashboard, contact and campaign management, a two-way inbox, a dial pad, call logging, and automation tools - all powered by Twilio.

It's distributed as a codebase you deploy yourself, not as an account you sign up for. There's no shared multi-tenant service sitting between you and your messages or calls. Once deployed, Maket connects directly to the Twilio account you provide, and every message and call runs through that connection.

At a glance
  • Built on Laravel, deployed on your own server
  • No shared multi-tenant service in the middle
  • Connects directly to your own Twilio account
  • You own the deployment and the data

Who it's for

Maket is built for businesses and teams that want their own branded SMS and voice operations tool without being locked into a recurring per-seat or per-message SaaS subscription. That typically includes:

Businesses that already have, or are willing to set up, their own Twilio account and want a real interface on top of it

Agencies and software teams that want to white-label a messaging/calling tool for their own clients

Organizations with data residency, security, or compliance requirements that prefer to control their own deployment

Technical teams comfortable deploying and maintaining a Laravel application on their own infrastructure

Why self-hosted, bring-your-own-Twilio

Most SMS/voice tools on the market are hosted SaaS products: you sign up, and the vendor sits between you and the carrier, usually adding a markup on top of the underlying telephony cost and holding your data on their infrastructure. Maket takes a different approach.

Because Maket is self-hosted, you deploy it on infrastructure you control. Because it's bring-your-own-Twilio, you set up billing and usage directly with Twilio - there's no intermediary markup, and no dependency on a third party's uptime for your messaging and calling to keep working.

Important: Maket does not provide SMS/voice APIs, telephony service, or message/call delivery. It is software only. You are responsible for your own Twilio account, its costs, and compliance with applicable telecom regulations. See the Disclaimer for full details.
